Accused Username: LegendaryTrioComplaint: I bought access to star tools (Melon Sword, Eff7, and Star Rod) back on August 26 of 2019 for $10,000. I have lost access to the chest today. I feel scammed as I am unable to receive permissions back to the chest @ x: 4300 y: 61 z: 4290 in /warp home under @FuryFudge's possession. I lost my permissions for a guideline that was never set and it was using the tool too much. I was only ever told to not break the tools or it would require me to replace it.Evidence: Additional Information: N/A
Ok, so @LegendaryTrio , first off, did you give this requirement before the removal of permissions? If so, do you have proof of that? Also, how long did Massa keep the tools in his possession without returning the tools to the chest?

Massa would often keep the tools in his possession for days, limiting the use other people got from them (as there are quite a few people added to the chest) and he was reminded to put them back if he was not using them multiple times. I am more than happy to compensate Massa.
@MassaHarambe would you be fine with being compensated the money? It seems like more than a fair response to your situation.
I understand there were multiple users who had access to the chest, however; I was never told I could not use the tool(s) for an extensive period at a time. If a user who was added to the chest and wanted to use the tool, then I would finish up what I was doing and give the tool to them immediately. I never logged off with the tools as well. I request I receive access back to the chest though.
I checked the logs quite regularly and there were multiple instances of you taking the tool from the chest and not putting it back in the chest for multiple days. So unless you are able to play ECC for 48 hours straight multiple times, I find this very hard to believe. You have had (basically) free access to multiple star tools for almost 6 months, I am more than happy to pay the 10k back + some extra for the fact that you don't like the outcome, but I think you have gotten an extremely good deal.
As one of the people who paid 10k for access to these tools, the explicit understanding was that they were given in good faith and could be taken back at any time, even though there was no fixed expiration date of your access. It's ridiculous to think that 10k would get you permanent, irrevocable access to end-game tools with no caveats or restrictions just because they were not explicitly stated. This was a friendly, honor-based system and interpreting it as anything else is just stupid. Regardless of the above, your screenshots don't hold up as evidence anyway. Though you are standing next to @LegendaryTrio, you never verify in your screenshots that the nicknamed player you are messaging is in fact @LegendaryTrio. Make sure you're taking screenshots in accordance with https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/wiki/collecting-proper-evidence/ , specifically the section on Nicknames. In light of this, neither @LegendaryTrio nor @FuryFudge is required to grant you access to the tools nor any restitution for removing access. Complaint Dismissed.
