This is a very nuanced, complicated issue. I have tagged physyy since she was server owner during the original dispute and can add insight into the background of this issue. This goes back years, so I advise consulting with the staff members who were active during that time frame. The whole story is much larger than what is being presented in this complaint.

 

I also suggest consulting @physyy regarding the accuracy of the "additional information" provided in this complaint.

 

You sold me all four stockholm towns for multiple millions of ECD. I then, as the acting owner, allowed @Jffsprs to claim stockholm2. This complaint is a backdoor attempt to scam me of the multiple millions that I paid to acquire the stockholm territory. Again, I refer to @physyy as my citation.

This is not the first time I've had to deal with you on this same issue. I have chosen to take the moral high ground and not complain against you for attempted scamming, but this time you've gone too far. You've just implicated an innocent person, Lee1104, in your own personal quest for self-interest.

 

To add additional information, Stockholm2 is under the dominion of the Empire of Epicure. It contains multiple millions of ECD in the form of building materials. There is an apparent financial interest in claiming it, from @0524 perspective. This town contains some of my greatest architectural monuments, the Epicurean Quartz Cathedral for instance. I have spent years developing this region, so I implore the staff to thoroughly research the backstory of this complaint.

 

More Additional Information:

About a year ago, @0524 tried to do a similar claim on stockholm by claiming that he was the victim of a scam, whereby I took advantage of him and stole stockholm. The then Server Owner, physicistsmom (now @physyy), did a log dive and found evidence that he consented to the sale of all four stockholm towns, she found evidence that he consented to my purchase of Stockholm.

Not only is this complaint slanderous, but it is also an attempt to scam me of the multiple millions that I spent purchasing the territories. And not only that, but it also threatens my artwork; the buildings that I have spent countless hours designing and bringing to life, my passion and my hobby. This is a blatant attack at the very foundation of what makes ECC special to me.

 

If you were permabanned then how did you have any right to who the towns went to? Just a question. Mods feel free to delete/warn if you deem necessary.

I have a folder of screenshots documenting conversations between me and #0524. I will not be posting them to this thread, as they contain personal dialogue between #0524 and myself. I respect privacy, especially in the public sphere. These screenshots are further evidence of #0524's consent to the sale as well as his consent to the demolition of the aforementioned Imperial City structure. The images have been provided to the appropriate staff members.

 

As I may step into this conversation. I don't appreciate being accused of something I haven't done. This all stems back from @Iticip a.k.a @0524 he keeps changing his user name. @0524, Yes was perma-Bannned and we did try to claim the said Stockholm2 town because he was inactive for 6+ months and banned, Well that's another story in itself. and please, Iticip or Billy or 0524 or who ever you are calling yourself these days, please just back down. All these towns have been claimed and bought legally. Also they should have been claimed and been put into other players names but due to kindness i'm assuming, that hasn't happen, so just give this a rest and put this to bed. The ol' saying, "Beating a dead horse", comes to mind.
