Complaint:

krispykreme1005 failed to stick to his part of the contract where we agreed I'd purchase him Mayor (give him 85K) and then I'd stay with the town. I paid him the 85k and he just used them in lotto (No evidence of this though, people told me about this, a couple of moderators among those but I dont know if they'll remember, plus they could be considered bias by the felon).
The user no longer has the $85,000 and the application was denied due to lack of funds by Core_Diver.
With this I lost $85,000 and did not get the town as intended.​

- Here is the Mayor application being processed earlier by Phys, then by Core_Diver who at that point (once PandaManiack, an original mayor of another town I own through this same type of contract, agreed to the new town being close to her) was going to process the application which was denied due to lack of funds:

Additional Information:

If possible I'd like to get the $85,000 from KrispyKreme1005 within the time designated by the Staff member to his discretion. If this was fulfilled I won't really press charges as long as the contract and Mayor application are void after receiving the $85,000.
If the user fails or is not able to pay those $85,000 I leave to the Staff team to decide on a suitable punishment for KrispyKreme1005 considering Clause 2: Scamming, Clause 3: Contracts and Breach of Contract.​
