Now you might think that the name could mean anything, and not just Joseph Kony. However, the user keeps mentioning his "army of children" which is directly referring to the fact that Joseph Kony has a history of using abducting Children to use a child soldiers.Additional Information: @knears2000 to vouch for me.
That's actually really, really offensive to the people who are affected by this tragedy. Children are being forced to fight to their deaths because of an evil, evil man, yet, you feel the need to troll about it? That's not even funny, not one bit.
After discussing this with staff, we have come to the conclusion that this is just a name. There's no negative connotation to the name Kony, after all, it's just a name. There's nothing in the name that is against the rules, as it doesn't seem to have a direct link to anything. But, this discussion is of a very sensitive topic, that is not at all appropriate to joke about in chat or to discuss in chat. I will be mailing both @Kony and @partyman909, regarding the discussion of touchy subjects in chat. If you see discussion like this in chat once again, and staff fail to catch it, feel free to file another complaint. Also, you can always use the /ignore command.
