Hello @xboyfernz , thank you for filing this complaint. @koko_2022, can you please explain why you have not paid this loan off? Or better yet, provide evidence that you have already done so? You'll have 24 hours from now to respond.

1st let me say im sorry i didnt reply earlier i didnt get any email so thats why 2ndly i would like to say sorry and 3rdy id like to get a extention bc im getting surgery and i wont be able to play or do anthing on pc plesae people i dont want to have this happen

 

If they can renegotiate or rework a deal,
No It does not have to simply be closed out and does not have to be banned for these complaints.

We are all currently involved in convosation with each other regarding these complaints.
