Felon Usernames: JustARandomFart, DeklineMCComplaint: Repeated spam without warnings from Staff.Evidence: Additional Information: JustARandomFart seemed to want to learn about ECC and how to do certain things, but spammed in doing so. DeklineMC's spam was repeated and also noticeable.

As it seems JustARandomFart was looking for help, I will just be talking to this user about spamming and making sure they know it is not allowed on the server like that. As for @DeklineMC, I will be warning this user for spamming, as they should know better as they are high enough rank they should know that they should not spam trade like that.
