Is this an eviction notice? If you want to file the LWC request on active users, you must file an eviction notice on them. It's a subforum in the 'Towns' section I believe.
Hey tinerco this is real easy to deal with. All you gotta do is send julia in ingame mail saying "julia8910 this is your eviction notice for the town of interstellafishtank" screenshot it then wait 3 days. After 3 days you can file for a lwc removal here: https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/forums/staff-requests.44/ Then a staff member will remove them.
