Felon Username: jpslpmex02Complaint: pruneda98 replied to an advertisement of mine in-game. I was looking to purchase an Eff7 pick. He said that his friend jpslpmex02 had a pick to sell. The user jpslpmex02 highlighted the terms that I set out on my forum post here: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/buying-eff7-pickaxe.131243/ and agreed to them. He then asked me to pay him the down payment of 350k, which I did. After that, he proceeded to log off without giving me the pick. In the screenshots, you will find the back-half of the deal. I do not have his confirmation of accepting the terms, unfortunately, and I fear that will be the utter destruction of my complaint. In the later screenshots, you will see me absolutely crapping my pants to pruneda98. HE attempted to skype call jpslpmex02, to no avail.Evidence: Additional Information: I know that this is irrelevant, and that I really shouldn't be upset about a video game, but that kid just took 35 hours of my life away. Some of that was daytime, beautiful summer days. Some was time that I could have spent with my girl friend, or my dad, that I instead chose to spend on ECC with this community that has grown to become an unreasonably large part of my life. I'm thankful that I have the memories, but I wish I also had an efficiency 7 pick. Isn't that sad? I've got myself all worked up over a minecraft server. I'm sixteen, already looking at colleges and thinking about the rest of my life, and here I am putting more effort into this complaint than I do in my school essays. I'm sure gramma would be proud. Hello, I know @Izbj does not has full proof of this contract agreement, however I'd like to witness that this happened, all of a sudden the user @jpslpmex02 logged off after taking Izbj's Money, I tried to call him over Skype however he did not answer me. I do not have any proof of the deal as I was not a part of it, I just saw the advertisement and I linked these two users, I pmed Izbj and called jpslpmex02 over Skype, I told each other about this, I told Izbj that I heard Jpslpmex02 had an Eff 7 but he wanted to get rid of it. I told jpslpmex02 that a guy was buying an Eff 7. While they were talking, jpslpmex02 asked me for a tp to Izbj, I teleported him to izbj, and then I left the area, however I can be a witness that jpslpmex02 scammed him because while I was tping these 2 users, jpslpmex02 had a pickaxe on his hand, but according to Izjb he never gave it to him.
@Pruneda98 Please explain why the pickaxe used in the incident belongs to you and was given to @jpslpmex02 shortly before the incident occurred.
@Nicit6 , When is this Investigation thing going to be over? I told you everything I know, I even offered Izbj help him pay it off... I don't see why is my pickaxe related with this, once again, I do not own an Eff 7. Jpslpmex02 asked me to borrow it real quick, then he returned it.
Hello everyone, @Izbj I am sorry I am on vacations and all of a sudden I lost my internet connection, I'd wish to continue with this offer, however since you judged me real quick since even getting me to respond you and you tried to ban me I don't wish to continue selling you my Eff 7, It's a very low pay also. I can give you the 350k back if you want. @Pruneda98 Sorry I couldn't answer skype there's no good wi-fi here.. I wasn't trying to scam him. @Nicit6 do you think this can be solved?
Due to the circumstances, @Pruneda98 will be unbanned once the 350k has been repaid then in that case.
The money is not in your balance. By the way, we log absolutely everything. So lying to me will only prolong the length of time that you are banned.
jpslpmex02 (now LegendaryAlix) and Pruneda98 (now Magicware) have both been banned for scamming. As well the money has been taken from pruneda and returned to you @Izbj
