Edit: I'm blind, I see where is says "Fullbright" now.

 

Did you see the purple "Fulbright" label on his client? That's clearly Xenon, give the evidence provided here. Regular minecraft brightness wouldn't have a "Fulbright" label on it - that's just vanilla minecraft.
