As the screenshots say the payment is due today, we will be waiting 24 hours to take any action on this complaint

 

Depending on how this plays out, and if josh doesnt return to pay this loan. I will be paying it for him so he doesnt get banned.

 

Josh will be not be back online for a long time due to Irl problems. His return is unsure and he may not even return. I'm his brother fyi, so @MSU_SPaRtAns321 josh would be happy if you paid this off.

 

Alright so, @IzTheWizKid i will be paying josh's debt. I should have 100k for you soon then i will pay the rest off when i get paid . So idk if staff wants to lock this or what but i will be taking over this debt.

 

As it seems from you guys above, josh is not coming back, however we will still wait until tomorrow to do anything. @MSU_SPaRtAns321 if you wish you can pay this off for him, and we can schedule a date for it to be due by if needed

 

I will pay it... but i would rather not be forced to pay late fees because im just now finding out that i need to pay this....

 

@IzTheWizKid are you willing to waive the late fees, or give a longer time for them? Msu doesn't have to pay you, but is willing to in place of Josh

 

@MSU_SPaRtAns321, how long will it take you to pay this off?

 

Bashdash is making his 100k week payment soon then i have 50k coming from rabidworm. so then all that is left would be 37k....

 

I have quit ECC. I may return one day... Now I mainly check the forums to see what ECC comes to be. I don't want msu to pay if he is losing money. I deserve to be banned for loan scam. My wrong actions and scamming to other users will NOT be put on @MSU_SPaRtAns321

 

@MSU_SPaRtAns321 , are you still going to pay this loan off anyway? If so, I might be able to assist you. And @IzTheWizKid , does this mean no late fees?

 

Really? Msu has offered to pay the debt full... and you ask for more late fees? Think about it... - HE'S PAYING YOUR DEBT FREAKING BACK. , This Is a very rare thing for a user to take his own money and pay a persons debt. As I do not think msu should pay as I should be banned for scamming , I thin AT LEAST , you could take of late fees. I'll say it again. IT'S NOT HIS LOAN , BUT HE WANTS TO PAY! @MSU_SPaRtAns321 , I highly appreciate what you are offering... But what happpens happens man. Thats how things go - How will i learn from my mistake of taking loans an knowing I wont be able to pay back? A ban is a ban. and thats - that. So if the mods decide to ban me - let it be , but I dont want you paying for my mistakes.

I can pay the loan with 2k/day late fees thats fine. As much as i really would prefer not to.... I can come up with 150k of it soon so that will minimize the late fees if josh's brother will cover like another 30k i will be willing to pay him back after so i dont have to pay late fees. I would just like to say @IzTheWizKid i have known you a while thats why im doing this, and it helps josh... But honestly he will no matter what get banned i can't pay for all his debts. I dont have to pay you back but i am because i know you are a nice person. As much as i would love to pay josh's other debts for him because he has been nice to me and helpful in the past so many times. I just cant i have football and summer jobs starting up soon.
