[User Complaint] Joshcraft_ftw

Hey block, idk what josh is up to as i am banned. But as soon as i am unbanned i have money for josh (200k) that can be used to pay you. Honestly it is more my fault than josh's fault because he wasnt expecting me to get banned. I would assume he was planning on using money from my debt that i owe him to pay you. For all i know he might have the money but i get unbanned next tuesday i think and i have money for josh so he will have the money on tuesday if he doesnt already.

From the screenshots provided I can only see evidence of you paying @JoshCraft_FTW $3,000ECD. I can also see that @JoshCraft_FTW owes you $139,000ECD, however there is no evidence of a due date of payment shown here.
@block_crusher is there a due date? If so is it in the form of a contract? An ingame agreement?
@JoshCraft_FTW can you provide any evidence of a due date for payment being discussed and confirmed?

 

There was no official contract or real agreement. this was a lotto giveback. I don't even think I was teamed with him to be honest. he has been mad over the past week or two threatening to post complaints on me. If the mods need to make me pay it I'm alright with that. But in my opinion I owe nothing.

@block_crusher can you confirm this was a lotto giveback, as I cannot do anything about this if it was, as we don't enforce givebacks from lotto's

Instead of telling me I owe you money , cant we just let taylor handle or another mod? hmm?

 

@block_crusher I qould like to see timestamped screenshots of you paying @JoshCraft_FTW and a screenshot of you and Josh ageeing on a due date for the money to pay back.

 

Imo block, this almost seeems like you are trying to scam joshcraft. No user in their right mind would take out a 3k loan payback 139k. That just makes no sense to me. So if this doesnt go through honestly josh i would file an attempted scam complaint.

 

@block_crusher the timestamped evidence you have provided only shows you paying a total of $3,000ECD to @JoshCraft_FTW. There is however, evidence of @JoshCraft_FTW agreeing to pay back $139,000ECD to you. As there is no due date that has been agreed on there is insufficient grounds to file a complaint.

I would like both you @block_crusher and @JoshCraft_FTW to come up with a sensible due date for the $139,000ECD to be paid off.

 

Taylor your leaving out the possibility that the entire thing could have been a Lõttø team. I think block should give the mods a time frame where this "supposed loan" occurred and have them do a log dive. To find out what really occurred as I will not sit here and see Josh have to pay this loan back with no evidence at all.

 

This is not needed what so ever. It does not help at all. If @JoshCraft_FTW would like something to happen differently he is more than capeable of saying himself.

There will be no more irrelevant comments on this complaint or warnings will be issued.

Not arguing here. I'm sure anyone wouldn't like to lose a random 139k out of they're bal. If I'm Forced to pay that's fine , I don't wish to dispute with a mod or block. So I ask for mods to look into this a bit more and if things don't work out for the final decision to be made. I know the mods will do their best and try their hardest on this decision. Also to add on to that , I would like the mods to look into the logs and make sure this is/isn't in fact , A lotto team.
