Accused Username: @johnthekiller03Complaint: johnthekiller03 was a member of my town, Viridia, which I share with DoomedTimelines: https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/mayor-application-doomedtimelines.142623/ johnthekiller03 made tunnels to our main town farm to his farm, on his plot. I gave him permission to do this. As you can only do so much in 103x103 town, me and DoomedTimelines decided later that it would be best to occupy the space to its full potential, which is not what we felt these tunnels were doing. We spoke to johnthekiller03 about this. He refused to get rid of these tunnels multiple times. As it is highly frowned upon to disobey the owners of the town, and me and DoomedTimelines did not want to have johnthekiller03 run the town, we decided to evict him. We gave him a few hours to move out of his plot, which was fair because he lived on a 10x10 plot, which didn't take long to clear. He showed no objection when the eviction was announced to him. Later, he began sending messages to me that involved swearing and threats, (see evidence). From the official EcoCityCraft rules, section 4, clause 2: Repeated or excessive swearing, and especially vulgar language directed at anyone, is not tolerated under any circumstance. Please remember that you must give evict a user based on the proper eviction rules, giving them 3 days to remove their items. If you are not doing this, please do. As mentioned in the complaint, he had a simple to clear out 10x10, and he did not object to the few hour limit, when I gave him the opportunity to.
I apologize, because before now I have never had to make a complaint, so I did not understand the importance of screenshotting more then just the important part of the chat. I did not crop it, but used Command+Shift+4 (Mac). I also gave him ample opportunity to insist upon a greater time limit, which he declined. In the future, however, I will give my town members more time to move out after eviction. I realize now that this evidence is invalid, which means despite my work of writing this complaint, uploading the screenshots with the help of my friend @DoomedTimelines, and enduring through johnthekiller03's threats and vulgar language, this complaint is now too invalid. I want to thank you for your time looking through this complaint.
