backing out of a transaction after agreeing

first they offer 2k for 1 protection 3 book. I accepted then they backed out
then offered 1.5k each for all i had (6) I again accepted then they backed out of that too

Since no money/books were transferred, this is not an issue. If this was a contract or an auction, it would be. Simply making offers in local chat just shows you're interested, and is not set in stone.
