Felon Username: jakethelion Complaint:I am writing this complaint because when I've recently logged on to play on this server on the day of July 26, 2015, the town owner of Camioville, jakethelion has completely demolished my 10x10 house that I have legally bought for 1K from him, inside of his town of Camioville, from the exact coordinates of X= -9534 Y= 63 Z=842. And with my house demolished, he has also removed all of my items, chests, furnaces etc. that were situated inside my house. He has also failed to defend his responsibility as Mayor by, failing to give me a warning through /mail that he will demolish my house because of being offline for 7+ days. And the reason why I was offline for 7+ days is because being as a high school student, you will need to go to school and do assignments. So it is necessary to take action against this user because he has completely demolished my house from top to bottom in the exact coordinates of X= -9534 Y= 63 Z=842, removed all my items, chests, furnaces etc. that were situated inside my house and by failing to defend his responsibility as Mayor by failing give a warning through /mail. Please act upon this complaint as it is for the justice and order of EcoCityCraft. Evidence: Additional Information:I did not know why he would do such a thing against me secretly by not sending me a mail about my house demolishment. I really trusted him from the start because he was really friendly and even gave me free diamond tools when I first started out on this server. But now it comes to this issue of jakethelion surprisingly, without warning me that he completely demolished my house.....
All right, then. @ExtremeMCDude, you might not need to post evidence, because I have a feeling I know what @jakethelion's response is going to be, based on the facts in your complaint. But I shouldn't get ahead of myself. @jakethelion, please respond to this complaint. Thread left open 24 hours for response from @jakethelion and more evidence from @ExtremeMCDude if he finds it.

Jakethelion is not and has not ever been an Owner in the town of fortdrum. In addition, we don't have plots.
Then why do I find 2 tall houses with birch planks as the walls?. jakethelion has those exact houses and has much more close to his Town Portal. And the pathways looks exactly like his town. And in fact, the last time I was online which was 1 week ago, he told me that he didn't have anymore space on his town to make plots.
Let it be made official that @jakethelion is hereby banned from the town of fortdrum including but not limited to using the portal. Thank you.

That will be up to the staff to investigate and make a decision. If they can't find evidence to find him guilty, you can live in my town for free. Also, we should leave this thread clear of additional comments so they can read it easier.

OK, I can't leave this open any longer. First, @jakethelion, you should be watching the forums and responding to complaints against you, if you're going to own and run a town. Second, @ExtremeMCDude, here is the rule which permits @jakethelion to do what he did: Clause 4 - LWC Removal Requests LWCs in towns may only be removed with a request in the Staff Requests forum by the mayor or co-mayor of the town under the following circumstances: A user is inactive (by staff standards, this means at least 7 days offline.) While I can understand that it is frustrating to log on and find your hard work gone, players do come and go and we have evolved rules through which town owners are allowed to remove inactive players. And that is, in fact, what @jakethelion did, right here: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/lwc-removal.130687/#post-706584 All of the above being confirmed and approved by a staff member. So while I sympathize, this is not a rule violation by @jakethelion. Complaint dismissed.
