The original deal was he pays me then I would buy and send him the transaction code but once he put the contract in it says i would buy it first. This was very very very mean and just wants to get a free fly. I will not buy him fly just cause he tryed to trick me. Anyone who read this in the ecc community do not and I repeat do not do any bussness with this user because he will try to trick you any way he can
You guys made a contract that said that you would buy the donation, and that you would pay him. From either side it was enforced by this contract. Even if you had bought the donation feature first, you had the contract to enforce your side.
I can say what jack121999 is true is was a dilibrite trick and should not be punished for ndm007's ways
Realize I still have the money in my account and I have stopped looking for someone to sell me the fly donation feature due to the fact that I still have a contract with jack121999 and want to give him every benefit of doubt. The original deal was that I would pay him 300k for him purchasing /fly for my account as you can see in http://i.imgur.com/bQxy1s4.png . jack121999, you are saying I just want to get a free fly, but as the contract states, I would pay you 300,000 after receiving /fly. If I do not pay you after I get /fly, then I would be the one breaking the contract and thus be the one risking being banned. If you do not feel like I have the 300,000 you can have a mod verify that I do indeed have sufficient balance. I am in no way trying to trick you, and fully intend to pay you in the event that you purchase /fly for me. However, I do not appreciate the fact that you are claiming that I am a scammer when all I am trying to do is what we agreed to, and I request that you stop telling people that I am a scammer, solely based on the confusion you may have over this contract.
After looking through this complaint, I have decided that I will be taking no action based on this complaint because neither the fly donation has been bought, nor the money has been paid. Saying that, I think the most important thing that we can take from this is to make sure that you are buying from a trusted source, or even better, buy the donation yourself, as that puts the risk of being scammed away. Meanwhile, for the slandering portion of your complaint: If any of you two has the proper evidence regarding this, please file a complaint about this. Locked.
