@IzTheWizKid do you have proof for a 3 day eviction notice? Could you please explain your side of the situation?

Ok, so i specifically told him he could not sell his plot or else if in case he should i would have 75% of the sales price but @BIGMONEY15 went on to saying he was going to sell his plot without permission and even though the player he would scam into doing so would not have perms to my town, he said he did not care & would let the player post a complaint on MY head for what he did. To avoid this, i evicted him today.

 

@IzTheWizKid, I understand you were worried about getting into trouble over the situation and you have a right to evict anyone from you town for any reason you deem fit, but it has to be done using a 3 day eviction notice. You would have not gotten in trouble for not adding a member to your town whom bought a plot from a user who was not an owner/co-mayor of the town. Obviously if a user bought the plot from @BIGMONEY15, a complaint would be filed in his name as he's the one that took the money.

@IzTheWizKid we need to do things properly here, so what I need you to do is add @BIGMONEY15 back to the town, give him back his plot and post a timestamped screenshot (by double tapping F2) here of /rg i after that is done, as proof you done this. Then issue him a 3 day eviction notice either by sending him an in-game mail (being sure to mention the name of the town) and screen shotting it by double tapping F2 or by posting a thread and tagging his name in it at the following link.

Once either of those options are done, wait 3 days and you can remove him. If he happens to grief your town between now and then, you can file a grief report and he will be banned if found guilty. @BIGMONEY15 if you are found to have attempted to scam a member or scammed a member into buying plot in a town that you are not owner/mayor of you could face a ban as scamming is not tolerated here.

Ok @IzTheWizKid thank you for that! Since there was no time stamp, I went there personally and checked for myself. I will be keeping an eye on this situation.
@BIGMONEY15 you have been added back to the town so this should resolve your complaint.
If anything else comes up, both of you are welcome to file another complaint.
