Harrasment and Accusing others of hacking constantly​

Additional Information:

Now, I and many other users are currently frustrated by this user's actions. Ever since the day he has returned to the server all he has been doing is harassing other users in global chat constantly and I'm sure we're all fed up with this type of behaviour.

As a family friendly server, we are against this type of constant accusations (which could be considered as harassment to an extent due to the sheer amount of harassment users on the server face daily from him).

Now, why am I writing all of this here? I want to get this off my chest because this type of behaviour makes me, and others, feel unwelcome on the server and simply makes our gaming experience worse. We are here to co-exist together in peace and help each other out as a community but this user causes disruption in chat and ruins the atmosphere for others.

Finally, the history this user has with this offence is way too much and I am sure the last ban didn't teach him a lot and the user insists to yet repeat actions which led to his previous ban.
