I highly doubt that this is intentional. If you think that someone made a typo in their trade sign, just mail them. There's really no need to file a complaint on something like this unless there's clear evidence of him doing it intentionally. I've mailed @Imabankthing asking him to correct the sign, and I advise you to do the same if you notice something like this in the future.
