    Hello @Magicware thank you for filing this complaint, I am sorry you had to. @IceyBrisk do you have any evidence that you have attempted to pay magic the full amount owed? Also it seems as if the tool in question has despawned, if so have you reached out to @Magicware to work out a repayment plan?
