When we no longer have access or view of why you were banned, it poses a potential security threat because we don't know why you were banned in the first place. Therefore we aren't allowed to take any further action on your account, which is why we cannot unban you. If you want to file a staff complaint, do so following the instructions here. However HCPillaroffire broke no rules, he was only following standard staff procedures.
