    Complaint:
    I bought a town with haydensch for 50k (25k each) he sold the town without asking. I simply messaged him saying "You sold the town without asking I would like my money back this is highly ban able" I never said I am gonna get you banned. He messaged back saying I will do anything not to get banned. I said something along the lines of "Please just give me my 37k (He sold the town for 75k I asked the person who bought it) He said If I dont accept the 25k I will get banned for mini moding
    I did not mini mod in any way other then saying "This is ban able" I was informing him that it is something that if he dosen't give me the money he could get in trouble
    I am very upset about this whole thing he was very rude and would not help me understand anything    ​

    If you need proof from the person who bought how much it was or any of there screen shots let me know and I can provide them!
    I just really want my money and this person punished for what they have done

    I sold them the town for 50k (25k each) both payed it 100% off a while back, can confirm

    Also haydensch bought president with some/all of the money stated in his president app saying "I sold a town"

    @chloejustice Can you provide evidence of an agreement to buy the town and any agreement you had between @haydensch?

    @haydensch Can you please provide your side of the story? Who did you sell the town to and why?

    @webman11123 You are the official owner of the town. Are you able to provide any evidence/explain what happened? @minecraftninja05 said he sold the town, was this something he was allowed to do?

    @minecraftninja05 You say you sold the town. Do you have any screenshots of the agreement between you and @chloejustice / @haydensch? Can you also explain how you came into a position where you could sell the town? (Did you buy the town?, Were you added as co-mayor?).

    Left open for 24 hours for responses.

    I bought the town from webman, which in sure he could confirm. If not I'll link the contract in a sec if I can find it.

    If you could link to the contract that would be good. More importantly for this complaint, do you have any evidence of the agreement to sell the town to @chloejustice and @haydensch?

    I got screen shots of an agreement somewhere, it shows in the signs @chloejustice posted that both payed 25k anyways..

    I sold the town to @minecraftninja05, @haydensch told me that @chloejustice quit ecc, and as long as I'm still an owner I really don't care what happens as long as hayden isn't banned. He's a cool dude and is one of few people that I trust as an owner of one of my towns.

    Dude I never threatend you all I said is "If you dont pay me this is ban able" Wait a minute I think you treatend me by saying "I will get you banned if you dont accept the 25k" @haydensch
