Accused Username: georgeflComplaint: The player by the name or georgefl, tried to scam me. He's not that smart though, and I could tell he was lying at the start. He showed me his armor shop and wanted to sell me a set of diamond armor for $6k, and he said that DanTDM gave it to him "2 years ago during a video". This is our conversation. Me: I did /seen DanTDM and he was never on. georgefl: /seen only goes back one week. Me: do /seen MollyZhu (she was offline for 10 days so it was proof so he lied right there). georgefl: I mean two weeks, my bad. *I asked a mod how far it goes back, and he said about 2 months.* I confronted georgefl, and said that there is a punishment for scamming, but he replied with "kys" and "try me bitch, XD".Evidence: *Mod-Edit*Additional Information: I felt upset and don't like being talked to in that way. Suicide threats are alone punishment worthy, and add that with attempted scamming, and it's worse. NOTICE: The screenshots above only show the last part of the conversation. The chat was moving really fast and I didn't think to screenshot the first part. This should be enough information, however, as you can clearly see he's upset for being called out scamming someone. I think that his immature behavior towards other players shouldn't be allowed on this server. The above screenshots clearly show that he was called out on scamming, and I hope that's enough evidence.
@NSPGamer thank you for filing this complaint. After reviewing the evidence you have provided, there's proof that @georgefl indeed said "kys", amongst the other things you stated. This is under no circumstances acceptable on ECC, and as such, I will be banning @georgefl for Encouraging Suicide and Harassment via PM. I apologize that you had to see this. As for the attempted scamming piece, there's not enough evidence there to do anything about, as I would have needed screenshots of the agreement and such. Locked - User banned.
