He is halfway done with paying the loan back.Additional Information: There still is 2 late fees until the late fees will end, but I still put up this complaint to remind him about his loan payback and because I would like my money back as soon as possible and I don't want him to have to pay more.

What do you mean by the agreement with him? I have the contract in the approved contract archives if that is what you are looking for.

This contract won't be breached until after the late fees end on Feb 17th... he still has 9 days to pay without breaking any rules.
