Complaint:

I agreed to rent him out my eff7 pickaxe for 3 days and in return, he agreed to pay me a total of 90k on the due date which was August 19th, 2015. He was first late with this and so I enforced a 30k late fee bringing the total to 120k owed to me and he agreed to pay this. It has now been 30 days and he has only paid 30k/120k owed. He has made no attempt to pay off any more of it in the past few weeks. I also discovered that he had about 110k in sports book but this user decided to bet it all away instead of at least making another 15k increment in which we agreed on. He has now lost it all and I have given the user more than enough time.​

The payment sign is located at X: 11241, Y: 68, Z: 10911 (or the roof of my station10 shop. He has set his home up there so he can easily reach it)​

Additional Information:

This User also owes @partyman909 a lot of money and has not paid him at all either, so I am not the only one.

If GeneralZach would like to make an appeal in the future and return, I would like it if it was made to where he still has to pay me my remaining 90k from this agreement. Thank you​

 

@Caitlin_Crime I dont have in-game screenshots of the added late fee, however I do have forum conversations of him saying and acknowledging that he owes me 120k total that I could take a screenshot of if that would work?
