Reason: Breach of contract
When: 7/2/14-7/16/14
What: I had loaned Ganfeld ecocitycraft money in exchange for it to be payed back along with extra money by a certain date. (view the official contract found in the evidence section)​

Additional Information:

I think that Ganfeld behaved well during the initial process but I didn't have the slightest idea that he might fail to pay it back in time. Aside form this the total loss is $10,000 while the money Ganfeld should have given to me on 7/16/14 is $13,250. I would hope that I will be able to figure this out. (maybe subtracting it from Ganfeld's in-game money balance or unlocking chests in towns he owns land in) Until then ,even though it most likely won't come, I will try to improve safety with the loan process.​

I thought that was what the contract was for. Him agreeing to that includes the area of the contract saying that he will agree to pay it back by said date

 

as for 24 hrs more what happens if I find more evidence in exactly 24hrs and 1 minute not trying to troll but if this guy was on vacation or something and comes back to say he owes me and won't pay and I screenshot it and upload it for you will it count?

Are game admins higher than mods? (I think so) If so do I need more proof or are you settled with what's currently on the table because you are requesting Ganfeld's proof?
