Felon Username: GamingFoxYTComplaint: ScammingEvidence: Spoiler Additional Information: GamingFoxYT was recently unbanned for inappropriate shouts and loan scamming (the contract for the loan can be found here He owed @drewbo173 250k and he had 50k which he had me lock in a sign because he plays lotto alot and it has gotten him into many troubles (such as this loan). Me, trying to be a good friend, offered to give him 200k for free on one exception, he would pay drewbo my 200k and his 50k and get out of debt, which he agreed too. However, shortly after I paid him the 200k, he proceeded to buy 200 tickets in the lotto, which he lost to blowtube123 who had 250 tickets. He then proceeded to tell me that he is quitting Minecraft, he hates this game, and he has not, and has no intention of paying drewbo his 250k back. I feel betrayed that someone I trusted so much would lie, and stab me in the back so he could simply play lottery. I thought I could trust you gamingfox, but obviously, I thought wrong. @drewbo173, please confirm that you have not received money from @GamingFoxYT.
@jrg5978 the 200k you gave him, was this as a loan, or as a gift to pay off his loan? @drewbo173 will need to file a complaint of his own if there are issues with the loan. I will be discussing this complaint with the staff, in the meanwhile @jrg5978 could you post any evidence you may have.
Evidence added. I realize drewbo will have to file his own complaint, I am just asking him to confirm he has still not received payment. This was a gift to gamingfoxyt UNDER the condition that he used the 200k to pay off his loan to drewbo and get out of debt.
Hello, After having discussed this issue with the staff team we have come to the conclusion that no action can be taken on this complaint. This is due to the fact that there is no timeframe given for the repayment, aswell as the fact this isnt a loan, however a gift to the user. Yes the user agreed to pay 200k to Drewbo, however there is no timeframe named in which he had to do this. If you have any questions or concerns on this complaint, feel free to forum pm me.
