Wrongful eviction from Biscuitville. Not giving propper eviction notice. Possible scamming.

Evidence:

My client, Hybrid_Skills was just finished placing the floor just 6 hours ago, in is brand new mansion in Biscuitville, when he all of the sudden was evicted. This image below proves he had perms to the town.

Here you can see the town name itself. Not with my clients name on the members list.

Here is a sign stating that this house belongs to my client. Its even locked by the town mayor.

Additional Information:

My client was told he was "banned" from the town. He was not given any reason, he was just simply "banned". My client was then shown this sign, that said that banned users had to pay $10,000 ECD to get their items and possessions back. If he didn't pay, he was told he would get banned from the server itself. He did not grief, and no grief report was ever filed. He was just simply "banned" without any reason.

This is very alarming. That a mayor takes advantage of builders, and take their chests and items as hostage and demands $10,000 ECD to give them their items back. Its very immoral and not an behavior we wish to see on this server.

The business plan is pretty obvious. Sell cheap homes to builders, let them settle down with their belongings, then tell them they are "banned" and demand $10,000 ECD or tell them they will be server banned. This is not something they should get easily away with.
