Complaint:

I'm banned, because Frostystorm1 reacted selfishly. A few mods said that my name wasn't a problem, because my name wasn't 100% the same. Mojang allowed my name, because it was unique. TheFrosyStorm and Frostystorm1 aren't the same names. He reacted selfishly, stubborn and caused a disrespectfull reaction. He could have asked me to change my name. I asked UnitedStates2 this question: "Would my name cause a problem? Should I change it?" And he said "No, it's fine." ZevZero said that it was fine too. I could prove it, but Bmanvman banned me instantly before I could take screenshots. Frostystorm1 generated his name in a generater on the internet, just like me. He isn't the only guy in the world that can have a name called "frosty storm". I was 2 months offline in ECC and just joined today for the first time and I'm banned. I didn't do any wrong action and didn't say anything wrong. The strange thing is that the mods that were online said that it was fine, until @bmanvman, banned me for 30 days. The real guy that needed a ban is @Frostystorm1. I didn't offend him. Instead he offended me by letting me ban. He says that I "impersonalized his name". Does he have copyrights on it? There are 7 billion humans on the planet. Not all of them has a different name. Do you know how many Jack's and John's exists? Are they all the same guys? Black, white, smart, dumb doesn't change the fact that other people can have the same name. I'm offended and will make a ban appeal for Frostystorm1. He reacted very impulsive, selfishly and stubborn. I was gonna participate in the fashion contest today, but I can't due to his offensive reaction. I think that I need to be unbanned AND I think that he needs to compensate the fact that I couldn't join the fashion contest and probably the horse races and ice hockey tomorrow.​

@UnitedStates2, @ZevZero and even @JamieSinn saw it happen in the global chat. I have a picture on skype that proves that I really was almost 2 months offline.​

Additional Information:

He was very disrespectful by saying that I copied his name, that I need to change my name immediately and he said that I may die in sg. He reacted very stubborn and selfishly and caused a mod to ban me.​
