Would it be ok I gave you, @LSGDoc, a Fortune III pick, and a Diamond Sword, Axe, and shovel, as well as diamond leggings? The 31 diamonds were on the ground, so they are fair game I believe, but I'm not sure you can steal own'd items. However, I don't believe @freddyagogo has any malicious intent providing you with a free service, and I wouldn't like him slandered. I'd be willing to give you these items as long as you leave @freddyagogo alone.
You got your items back but all the items that you dropped i did picked them up and put them into a chest near there because players were looting some chests.
+ I honestly have no need at all to steal a Fort. 3 or Diamond Shovel, almost all players in ECC know how many star tools I have
Unfortunately as you were not killed by another player and you died yourself and although @freddyagogo picked up your items and gave them back, he was not obliged to do so. With this said, I will be dismissing this complaint as no rules have been broken. About the owning on the pickaxe, unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this. When items are dropped the own gets removed therefore leaving it open for anyone to claim. As for what @Whammerist5 has stated above, he is willing to provide you with the items you have lost. I would suggest maybe either messaging him in game or sending him a mail here on the forums to talk about that. Locked - No rules broken
