    Thank you for reporting this.

    I will be having a discussion with this user regarding our chat rules, reminding him how this behavior is not at all tolerated here on ECC. I would also like to go ahead and apoligize for the fact that you had to witness this type of behavior. Furthermore, I will be issuing the user a very stern warning for his use of extremely derogatory vulgar language directed at a user. If this type of behavior persists, please do not hesitate to file another complaint. Also, I'd like to remind you of the /ignore command. Other than that, I will be locking this complaint.
