Complaint:

@FazeAmerican was given a 20k loan to be payed back 28k on the 25th of November.
I had been banned and was unable to recieve the loan on that due date. As soon as i was banned i made an inbox to Kstepnowski aswell as FazeAmerican informing them about the change of loan date, Giving him an extra 7 days. I gave him till the 2nd of december 2015 ( 12:59pm AEST) Australian Eastern Standard Time. This time has now passed with no sign of my 28k

FazeAmerican is a regular player who i thought was a good friend of mine. i didnt want to do this but hopefully he will pay and we can be all good again. i made him/her set a home at a loan sign. The sign hasnt been touched and still is waiting on the 28k​

Additional Information:

@GeorgiaMC was appart of the Inbox chat as proof i gave the user a good amount of time in advance. If the payment is recieved then all is good. if not and the user gets banned and then decideds to appeal i would like my 28k back please. Thankyou for taking the time to read this complaint.​
