Complaint:

This user has not paid the 35k in late fees, or the 6th 100k payment that was due on 11/9/15 The user has also not paid the payment due on 11/16/15 thus breaching this contract:

I attempted to pm this user in game before filing this complaint, but the user did not reply.

how the payments were suppose to be received:

100k -(10/5) received late (fees were paid)
100k - (10/12) received late (fees were paid)
100k - (10/19) received
100k- (10/26) received
100k- (11/2) received
100k - (11/9) not received, 35k late fees not received
100k - (11/16) not received
50k - (11/23) received


As the user did pay into the 50k sign, he paid into it knowing it was a 50k sign. This user also pm'ed me, and said he would still make the 100k payment.(as since this isn't part of the breach of contract, I shouldn't have to provide evidence of this, but figured it would be asked of when looking at the screenshot seeing the 50k still in the sign.​

Additional Information:

As per the contract, I will be reclaiming the tool, and all debt will be erased. (This complaint serving as evidence for the tool reclaim)​

 

It isn't 3point's responsibility to repay your loans. You have had plenty of chances to pay me. Notable ones you and bob have had:

Having 900k, and still making the first payment late because you said you'd rather be late, and make profit in sportsbook, then to pay on time (where you ended up losing 900k)

Having 500k, and doing the same thing, and again, you guys losing.

Having told me that you would pay it on friday, and then still not paying it on friday, and not saying anything else about not paying it on time.

I normally am very lenient, but as I've seen you play lotto quiet a bit, and sportsbook just as much, it is unacceptable.
