Before proceeding, I would like to give @EndermanDusty a chance to respond to this and see if we can reach a resolution. @EndermanDusty do you have any evidence that you've paid part or all of this debt? Or otherwise a response on plans to fulfil this contract? I will allow 24 hours for a response before proceeding further.
Due to the lack of response from @EndermanDusty I am issuing a ban for Breach of Contract. Based on the contract and late fee schedule, the amount outstanding is currently at $1,050,000 ECD. @EndermanDusty is free to appeal this ban with evidence that payments have been made to adjust this outstanding balance, and/or, a plan to fulfil this contract in its entirety.
