In fact, I am *was* the Manager of Construction in this town. I helped run the Everything Store which is located here, also. The houses and mansions I have built here are no small houses either. They are massive, each taking many hours to complete and much of my own money to buy some materials for. It upses me that I was removed without warning and for no reason. Will_the_warrior, cracker228989, Kick_Me_1235, and Original_Jackson were also removed without reason or warning to my knowledge.
Just saying; It is his town and if I am not mistaken a mayor can remove members for any reason, they just have to follow procedures like letting the person grab their items Maybe he's doing something no one can know about though? Who knows, maybe he will add you back after he does something?
We verified with a Mod that the Mayor must give residents three days notice before removing them, thus allowing them to remove any materials that they may have had within the town.
@Maco20047 After discussion with other staff and further investigation, we have come to the conclusion that the removal of yourself and other users of Ascension was improperly done. We were unable to find any evidence that you or any of the other members that were wiped from these towns, both in the position of "owner" and "member", were given any prior notification. In order to do a town-wide removal of permissions, no matter if the users have a vested interest in the town or not, the town owner must post a topic in the "towns" section of the forums and grant the users that are being wiped in a town-wide clean out the required 7 days to remove their things if those users are still active. @emongolab: In accordance with the rules, You are required to re-add all of the users you removed from this region and give them 7 days from the time you post a thread declaring a town-wide removal of permissions in the towns section of the forums. They will then have 7 days to remove their items from chests and other LWCS and any materials that they paid for/used for the town, if they so desire. Only upon 7 days, or if they confirm their things are removed, may you remove them from the region. I will give you, or a currently standing mayor, 24 hours to re-add all of the users that were removed. If they are not re-added within that time frame, a ban will be issues for improper removal of members.
I understand all town members involved have been re-added by Rheasmom. If the owners of this town decide to remove these users, they will have to post a thread in the towns section of the forums regarding the town wide claim. I will lock this thread. @Maco20047 if you have further issues, please don't fret to post a complaint.
