I have looked into this and there is no record of you making this payment.

then how would I have got unbanned?? I paid vtfan back over 2 years ago I'm 100% positive

 

When you appealed (here) on the 25th September 2013 you were given till 28th October to repay 300k to VTFAN8. You were then banned a week later on 1st October for another scam, at which point you hadn't repaid any of the 300k to VTFAN. I've checked the logs - No payments were made.

Because at this time, the only debt that was on your ban reason was your other debt, when you appealed on 4th January 2014, only that 100k was taken into consideration.

To answer your question:

You were unbanned and given a deadline to repay the money. You were unbanned on the understand that you would earn the money and pay it back soon. You weren't unbanned because you had paid it back.

Wouldnt I have been banned if i didnnt pay vtfan back on 28th October? I paid him back which is why i didnt get banned.

 

Only if he had filed a complaint - Which he didn't. And considering that for the next 15 months you were banned for a good 14+ months of it, he wouldn't have had the strongest incentive to file one.

Well I apologise - This is my error.

I have logs from todays date all the way back to the 29/9/2013, you were unbanned on the 28/9/2013, which makes sense from your screenshot and what was said in chat. Extremely unfortunate, but I should have picked up on the 1 day possibility. It is just amazing that I have the previous 507 days of logs, and this was the 508th.
