Complaint:

Eliteshadow planned and executed the theft of an axe. @VpZeD was looking for an enchanted repair in trade channel, and @eliteshadow0000 teleported to vpzed. I then teleported to vpzed and explained that I would do the repair instead. Elite was nonresponsive, so vpzed said I could do the repair. We went to an empty spot in the town, away from elite, and vp threw the axe. Elite followed us and waited for him to throw the axe so that he could steal it. I understand that elite does not need to return the axe, but i do believe he has broken the below rules and deserves to be punished.

2.2 Trolling: "Attempts to start any form of chaos or discord within the server"
-By stealing a tool, elite caused discord within the town in which we were located. A gameadmin and a supermod were both called to assist.
2.3 Harassment: "Harassment constitutes as any form of action (chat or game play wise) that makes another player feel threatened or otherwise ruins their game play."
-Elite was specifically harassing me and vpzed, by stealing a tool in which we were using, thereby ruining our gameplay.
2.4: Common Sense and Bending the Rules: "Be a good sport and a friendly community member." "Finding ways around the rules is punishable at administration’s discretion, from warnings all the way up to bans."
-By stealing a tool which did not belong to him, Elite was not being a good sport or a friendly member of the community.
3.2: Scamming: "A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe."
-Vpzed did indeed pay elite: A teleport for an e-repair. the teleport was granted but the erepair was not, and the item was stolen.
3.2.2: Attempted Scamming: "Users cannot attempt to scam other users. If enough evidence is provided and the staff believe a scam was intended, this will result in a temporary ban against the offending user."
-Elite intended to steal the tool by accepting the agreement to e-repair the tool, then accepting the teleport, and then stealing the tool. this was intended, as he accepted the teleport and then pretended to be afk so that he could steal the item.
4.2 Vulgarity: "Inappropriate and vulgar language is not allowed."
-When elite left the area, he said in chat "duces" with is, i belive, a misspelling of "deuces" which is used in place of the term crap or in reference to defecation.​

Evidence:

I have but one screenshot, of elite shadow flying away with the tool after he stole it. This is simply to prove that he, vpzed, and I were in the area. http://i.imgur.com/OiZOZHj.png

However, since this is not the first time that eliteshadow0000 has done this, I believe that more action should be taken and that this should be looked into further. @nicit6 and @Gernen were in the area as well and viewed some of the chat.​

Additional Information:

Again, I know that the axe does not need to be returned, however, I believe that eliteshadow0000 should be punished for his actions which, as I explained above, have broken several rules. A player like this, who waits in the shadows to ruin the gameplay of others, should be punished. This is not a case of someone throwing an item in the wrong place at the wrong time. This is a player who planned a heist and got away with it.​
