Felon Username: eandy1234Complaint: i was evicted from town and an lwc was filed that took all of my gear and materials this occured friday. i was away from a computer that could handle the game and couldnt get on. i had given notice of the fact that i would be away via a pm on the forums. i was able to get to an internet cafe today and found my plot vacant. server rules section 5 clause 3 section 1 clause 4 bullet 2Evidence: this was last week http://imgbox.com/BTe2nc9i town rules dont have a time limit so i thought i was safe http://imgbox.com/tXrisxTeAdditional Information: i was eager to join the town and offered to help with any construction in the begining i worked hard to get to where i was seeing as all of my stuff(a large home various farms and 50k)was lost in a reset after my computer was broken and i wasnt able to get on for six months. i have nothing against eandy1234 i simply want my stuff back and i have no problem going to another town

After investigating this situation further, it's been determined that the removal of locks was legal. In the forum pm that you had added me to, before I was added and even when I was added, there was no response from eandy stating that he wouldn't remove you. Seeing that you had been offline (as an LWC was successfully done), and that an eviction notice was sent - as noted in the LWC- ( http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/lwc-removal.101807/ ), this lock removal was 100% okay. I've noticed you're still a member of the town, and if you wish to, you could message @eandy1234 about that to make sure you're still welcome to build. Seeing as though it was an eviction notice, it's up to them to decide whether to keep you in the town or not. I'm sorry your stuff was removed, but it was legal in the end. Complaint Dismissed - No rules broken.
