Felon Username: @Dwite12Complaint: I loaned @Dwite12 my melon sword for a 24 hour time period. 1 or 2 hours into the 24 hour period he sent me a mail claiming to have "drowned" and lost the melon sword. I mean how is that even possible to do? Anyway before renting it @Dwite12 agreed to pay me $1,000,000 ECD if anything were to happen to it. Hello @block_crusher Thank you for reporting this. @dwite12 - Please could you explain your side of the story and confirm whether the sword is in fact lost. As you agreed to pay 1 million ECD should the sword be lost, please could you give a rough timeframe of how long this will take. As there is no agreement as to repayment date for this, we need to try and come to an agreement if the sword is actually lost. @block_crusher - Please could you also give an indication on how long you are willing to allow for this repayment should it be necessary.
I am prepared to give a week maximum as @dwite12 said that he would not lose the sword and that he will now be getting a loan/s.
The sword is gone but im trting to get yhe 1mil asap. Getting out loans and selling festures now. Ill try my hardest to reach the deadline
@dwite12 - Thank you for confirming the current situation and working towards getting the money paid ASAP. As there was no confirmed deadline in the original agreement I feel that the best way to proceed is for me to start a forum conversation with both of you so that I can keep track of repayment. I appreciate that this may not be conventional, however I am doing this is because it is a substantial amount of money and there was no original deadline for such payment; I feel that 1 week may be unrealistic for a 1million ECD debt. Upon further investigation of this situation, I have discovered that dwite12 had not lost the melon sword, but instead transferred it to an alternate account by the name of xDLucario. Both account have been banned for melon sword theft. As well, I have re-obtained block_crucher's melon sword and returned it to him. You can't hide these kinds of things. Dwite12 and xDLucario banned. Locked
