According to that evidence it was agreed that 175k would be owed on top for an extra month? It also mentioned doing a contract, was this done?
That was never done, that was my mistake I got busy with work around that time and I forgot to do it.
I feel as I should be allowed to post here, considering I know Dpatt888 and was a co-mayor with him. I believe he has left ECC because of his debt issues. I might be wrong, or he might be back someday. I apologize if I am not allowed to post.
Ok, since there is some debate over whether it was 100k or 175k (editing your complaint does not change my stance on this) I will not be able to enforce the additional payment. I will be able to react to the breach of contract. Which pertains the original 275k payback agreement. @dpatt888 If you have any evidence, or further information etc please file a ban appeal.
