Going to provide some additional information. This choice of words resulted from when I was trying to sell a mansion to this user. I had bought the house for $20k, but felt serious remorse about buying something for that cost and wished to sell it instead. I was trying to convince the felon that the house was worth a $15,000 price when @webman11123 told me to give up on them, and try to sell it to anyone else. I then said that the town was a really nice place (as shown in the picture), and that was followed by dmoneyg1's use of this language. Before they left the town, they also used another, worse swear, which I assume was directed at either webman or myself. I have a picture, which does not show the other swear but shows a continuation of the conversation shown in the evidence. In it, I called webman's actions mean, which referred to his original wish to have dmoneyg1 leave and not to his response to dmoneyg1's use of swears.
