Accused Username: Diss_gamerComplaint: he illegaly removed me from the town of sassenheim by evicting me without a 3 days notice and stated i only have 20 mins to move out... the only reasons stated was (screenshot below) "so you want ur stupid solid reason? you can have it! you are a pain in the ass! you had always trouble to just do something simple like listening. i hated ur language on all the signs i told you multiple times to change it but you just didn't. so the biggest reason is you are just annoying against me and my townmembers. i got multiple complaints about you by several people. so i just wanted to get rid off you! so there you have it now happy? you just want the mods to see it well here you go!" he refused to list the town members who had complaints about me (probably where none) and then when i asked him for the list he asked me to get over it and im just copying and pasting from the forums chat here "i'm not going to do that XD, why should i name all those people that don't like u? just get over it i bet there are loads off people that don't like me DISS_GAMER, Yesterday at 1:10 PM" he also refuses to give me my house blocks from the deconstruction of my house back... he said xxghostpvpxx took them and he just gave them to ghost to do whatever with and he said ghost said "she doesent deserve them back" he has been additionally rude to me im pms and other chats (instagram pms and a chat on forums) he has called me names such as an attention seeker or a talking fox girl.... (screenshot below) he cursed way too mush on the forums pm with salsa, sims, me ,and volcarona every post had at least one curseword in it.... he also harassed me after i moved out to get over it and move on many times... volcarona was a witness because i had /ignored him cuz i was fed up of his pms telling me to get over it.. when i called mods to help me out with getting him to give me the three days to move out he said i made " a dick move" and that i was foolish for calling a moderator....Evidence: uses bad language...and called me names reasons stated eviction images... the house i was removed from Additional Information: nope other than he removed me from co-mayor not two weeks prior to this unhappy event and the only reasons stated where i wasnt online enough and i was too young....... i was online 6 hours a day and idk how many he or elembra where on....i know it was less than me volcarona955 can also be called as a witness... he was there for me during the whole thing.. i was assisted by the fantastic supermod and moderator simselemental and salsawizard... fantastic job done
Okay, so I've looked over the forum pm and the complaint itself. @DISS_GAMER admitted that he did not give @Skyla_Spikey_fur a 3 day eviction notice but instead gave her 1.5 hours or so. @DISS_GAMER you are required to add @Skyla_Spikey_fur back to the town and properly evict her with a 3 day eviction notice. As for the house, @DISS_GAMER if you still have the materials from @Skyla_Spikey_fur I'm going to ask you to return them to her. If you do not have these materials, would both of you be okay with some sort of ECD refund, some sort of price you guys can agree on for the materials? I'm going to give @DISS_GAMER a 24 hour temp for inappropriate language/harassment. After these 24 hours are up I'm going to give @DISS_GAMER 24 hours to add @Skyla_Spikey_fur to the town, then @DISS_GAMER can properly evict her. I'm leaving this complaint open so @DISS_GAMER and @Skyla_Spikey_fur can work out the details about the materials.

You evicted her illegally, you need to add her back and legally evict her. Yep. You evicted her illegally then removed her house. That is grief, you can go on the wiki and find the rule.

for you guys it's 10 o'clock in the morning for me is the middle of the day so tomorrow i can't do anything for the whole day, just unbann me and i'll give her her money back for the blocks and add her back
It was only wood logs and stone bricks, that ain't worth 10k so that is not going to happen, ghost sold them he got 5,250 for it so that is what we wil give you
nope i wont take that.... i paid 20k for the plot and 5k for that camper i also paid morlindmom3.5k for the water in that pool and 1.5k for the materils and the wood i farmed so i will go as low as 10k
