(First agreement 21k for 40k in two days) Sent reminder (Second agreement an additional 20k (brings it to 60k) for another day) Sent reminderEvidence: Additional Information: Thursday night (Friday around 12:30am 6-10-2016) Digger0208, asked for a loan. We talked for a couple of minutes, and made a deal. I would let him borrow 21k (21,000ecd) Then Sunday (6-12-2016) He would repay me 40k (40,000ecd). Saturday night Digger logged on to inform me that he unknowingly had a baseball tournament Friday/Saturday, Unfortunately there some server issues not allowing us to have a full conversation. Sunday we managed to talk for a little bit, He offered to pay more an additional 20k for another day, I agreed due to the circumstances that he was unaware of the tournament and also the server issues Saturday night. Monday I reached out and sent in mail a reminder that he owed me the money and I was expecting to receive it (I even set up a sign in case I was offline, Also letting Ltpfiredemon know that digger may ask for assistance to locate the sign) I watched Digger ask mods to read his balance in global which read "6969.69" and watched Digger play lottery more than an average player.
Well, the server has been down of and on for the past few days, and my mom just had a large surgery, so a lot of my time is helping take care of her. I'm very sorry, and i will get the money paid back t o you as soon as I can. Im working on it right now, and again, im very sorry.
I've also been at a baseball tournament this past weekend that was 1 1/2 hours away, so most of my weekend was taken up by that
Digger and I talked ingame, He plans on paying me tonight which i'm fine with, due to server issues and his reallife situations
