Thank you for filing this complaint @MrJiggle123

@DeMacca can you please explain why this debt has not been paid. If you have made payments towards this debt, do you have time stamped evidence of these payments? You have 24 hours to reply to this complaint.

Thanks, wasn't entirely sure which sign you wanted me to pay. Due to my inactivity lately, my profit solely comes from the stock trader. It would be most helpful for me, if you would accept two payments of 62.5k 3 weeks apart. Does this sound ok?

P.S. I most certainly did not ignore your mails, I asked for a good time to discuss this in-game. To which, I also got no response.

Your profile says you have 3 mill in the bank, why do I have to wait 3 weeks to receive something I can have right away?

Haha, nice 10 agrees and 3 winners, however. That is investor money, not mine. I just currently have it out of the stock market. I will require 6 weeks to pay you back out of my share *62.5k every 3 weeks, twice. Your above message made it sound like it would be 3 weeks total.

I filed a complaint over a YEAR ago. You postponed deadline, after deadline, and even more deadlines. I want my money right now, otherwise, I'll probably have to wait for another year to get it. I want my money right now, no more "I don't have it, give me a year".

I find that language offensive. I couldn't pay back the money a year ago in the timeframe you wanted, which was fair enough, I was inactive - irl is a priority for me. I am now giving you an acceptable timeframe, thus you can get your money now. You did not make it clear which sign to pay, and I quite frankly I don't even remember you telling me back then to pay that sign. For those reasons, it wasn't possible I could pay you. I am not asking for a year, I am asking for 6 weeks. I can not give you your money rn, as it is not my money, and you couldn't ask me to scam my investors? Now, unless you are interested in more of my "[Mod-Edit]" Im leaving this to the moderators.

Alright so it seems that both of you can't come to an agreement at the moment so allow me to mediate here.

@MrJiggle123 its clear that DeMacca can not pay you off immediately as his money is from his investors. Would you be willing to give @DeMacca a bit more time to pay off this debt? Yes it has been over a year since the original complaint but given a few more weeks I'm confident that you will finally be paid your debt. If you could provide a new reasonable payment period to suit @DeMacca play time that would be great.

This complaint below is the very first complaint on April 22, and you were suppose to give an eff7 pick by May 7. Around 2 weeks
    https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/user-complaint-demacca.148857/#post-826693

This complaint below is the second complaint which was 75k per week for 10 weeks.
    https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/user-complaint-demacca.125451/

The following three threads are about my brother, @JrHockey17, in which had to file two complaints after letting you off the hook one time.
    https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/user-complaint-demacca.129431/#post-699403
    https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/user-complaint-demacca.131110/

Once you appealed, and were supposed to pay my brother back within a month. You missed that timeframe and it took you another complaint from my brother to FINALLY get his money back.
    https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/user-complaint-demacca.148857/#post-826693

So, as you can see, from what started off by giving us an eff7 within two weeks; has been going on for over a year. (Even for my brother to get paid back). And no, I am NOT interested in your B.S anymore.

I expect this timeframe you gave me from a builder, let alone a mayor whom people have trusted you with 3 million worth of ECD.

Your timeframe is embarrassing, unacceptable, and basically insulting me.

My only time period that I am acceptable is 125k within the next week. This is my only offer. @dgam02

Look, I messaged you three personally back then, telling you that I was going to be relatively inactive, and unless I was given in all fairness a larger then acceptable timeframe, I would be banned. I was. I am coming back now, I paid your brother back within a day, with my money which I already had (which in-case you haven't picked up on, I don't have rn) I am still inactive, and I cant guarantee making $125k within a week, as a matter of a fact, most payment plans these days do 100k/week max, and that is with an Eff7. I gave you a reasonable timeframe, and my only timeframe.

Allow me to mediate here as you two seem to have disagreements over the payback periods and such.

A good middle-ground that could work for the both of you would be two payments of 62.5k due in the next 2 weeks. This would at max require 6 hours a week of simple pumpkin farming and even less with an Efficiency 7. @DeMacca I understand that inactivity is an issue for you at the moment, however you have had this debt for over a year now and it's time that it is paid off in full. @MrJiggle123 although you would have to wait an additional week with this solution, I believe it is a fair offer so that DeMacca isn't too overly pressured due to his lack of playtime. With the extra week I believe that DeMacca will finally have the ability to pay this long overdue debt.

I'd like both of your opinions on this solution and then we can proceed with this complaint.

I have another proposition for Demacca. @JrHockey17 (my brother) and I have talked together irl about this; I will waive the debt owed by @DeMacca, and Jr and I pay him 50K each, if he gives up ownership of the melon sword "melon splitter" we share. I feel this benefits all parties, as Demacca isn't online enough to utilize the tool or pay myself immediately, and Jr and I get full control of then sword. What say you? @DeMacca @JrHockey17 @dgam02

Again, they were an inactive investors star tools. @block_crusher can comfirm. Please calm down. Not my money.

I appreciate that you are giving me this offer, however I hope you understand, I paid close to $500,000 worth of netherstars for my place. 50k from both of you is 20% of what it is worth. I can, however do 2 payments of 62.5k 2 weeks apart, as @dgam02 proposed. If you want to do something along the lines of what you proposed before, I could do 200k from both parties.

I think your offer is exaggerated. I think you'll find my offer below to be more acceptable and mutually beneficial. First, back when I first got the msword, it was only about 600K. Then, Jr bought into it, diluting your share of the msword. Now, you're offer of receiving 200K from both parties and wiping your debt implies an msword value of over 1.5 million. Let's say a msword is worth maybe 900K. If Jr and I give you 175K and wipe your debt of 125K, that's over the 300K initial investment and the money received from @JrHockey17 when he first bought it. This lets Jr and I use the melon sword without worrying about returning it for you at night, plus gives you 175K (and wipes another 125K) for you to use in stock trader while you're inactive.

Just a summary, my offer is to pay Demacca 175K and wipe his 125K debt, in exchange for the forfeiture of the melon sword.

When I initially bought into the sword, I gave you around 750 netherstars. You cant simply put a value on that. Yes, JrHockey did buy in, but only paid what $150,000? That. We meet in the middle and value the Melon sword at 700k. I paid essentially $350k in netherstars, and received $150k from JrHockey (-$350,000 + $150,000) If you and JrHockey, could provide me with $100,000 each, I could accept that. All contracts would be nullified and you two would have complete ownership of that melonsword.
