Felon Username: DeMaccaComplaint: It all started out as I went to get my enchanted tools repaired and DeMacca was the person that tp to get my tools repaired and he was in a mine. so after he repaired my tools I saw redstone in the min so I wen to mine it. as I was mining it he came over and started to mine the redstone too. which he had a high eff pick so he mined fast and he hit lava so I towered up to get out of it and he dig a hole In the wall to escape the lava too. the next thing I know I was looking at him and he started to mine the blocks below me so which I fell in the lava and died and los all of my stuff. "Harassment clause 3 Attempting to kill other players in any non-PvP zone also constitutes as harassment, and succeeding in killing other players in non-PvP areas is a very severe offence that will result in a ban."Evidence: Additional Information: I felt so bad because all the stuff I worked hard for was all gone and he didn't even say "sorry." I mean that is the least you could do.
@Byakuya_Kuchiki handled this in-game. He knows what happened and without a doubt told me that I was not in the wrong. This is not what happened at all - and @Byakuya_Kuchiki knows this. Ghost asked for an erep so I tp'ed him to me. I ereped all his things and gave them back. After that - he started running around mining all the ores I had uncovered. I asked him to leave and he refused. Later when mining redstone... he went under y:11 - and hit lava. I was also in the lava (With an Eff7)... I dug my way out of the lava back to safety and with an Eff7 - as you know it destroyes stone very very quickly. Ghost says that when I dug myself up - he fell in. He is trying to acuse my of killing him illegally... well lets ask out selves a few questions. 1) I have pyro - if I wanted him dead, all I needed to do was place some lava over him - he had no armour and not enough time to take a screenshot. 2) Eff7 > a few Eff3 picks. I did what I had to do to survive - as he was the one spilling lava on us - if he was the one that died in the end... well as I will mention later - karma. 3) It's the mining world, I did you a favour Ereping your tools, I didn't get a thanks either. You just went on to steal my ores. If anything - this is karma 4) Finally - If I wanted your stuff... Why on earth would I kill you with lava... #Logic. Again, I ask @Byakuya_Kuchiki to handle this as he knows exactly what happened and was there with me when telling Ghost I had done nothing wrong.
Thanks for filing this complaint. First things first, we did discuss this in game. I stated that 1 - You where in the mining world accidents can happen. 2 - He had many easier ways to kill you, so this was more then likely an accident. I'm going to leave this open for 24 hours for you to upload any evidence. No irrelevant post after this please (Yes i know there isn't any here but just a fore warning) If you have no evidence @ghost_runner please reply and let us know.
