Again, I apologise if my 'sarcasm' has in any way offended you - yet I do not feel it is in any way a warn worthy offense.
By the looks of it the user was not doing anything to breaking the rules, although putting sarcastic comments in global may not be the nicest thing to do. If the user is harassing you consistently feel free to post another complaint!
