Felon Username: deadmaster81Complaint: deadmaster81 evicted me from a town that i was co-mayor of for "stealing" 3 64 stacks of diamond the only warning i got was 2 signs in my house that said "i nwant my 3 64 of my diamonds Now" and on the next sign "or i will bane you 4 stealing my stuff and there were 3 64" the town rules stated that stealing from UNLOCKED chests is illegal but it was in the town vault where all of the chests were LOCKED by me and he had accessEvidence: my computer has issues posting screen shots but the signs are in my house and im still an owner of the town but can not give perms take perms build or destroy blocks the town is called legworth in rising at x -8349 y 86 and z 11333Additional Information:
@deadmaster81 Do you have any evidence that you gave 3 days notice to @captin__obvious before you removed perms? At least 3 days notice is required in order to remove someones perms from a town. If you have not given the proper eviction notice with 3 days notice I will be asking you to reinstate the perms of @captin__obvious to the town. This also may be a mistake as you have captin__obvios as an owner. This is not the proper spelling, therefore they do not have perms Left open for 24 hours for @deadmaster81 to provide evidence of eviction notice.
As it has been 24 hours with no reply from @deadmaster81 regarding any evidence of a proper eviction I will be banning @deadmaster81 for Illegal Eviction. If they chose to appeal they will need to reinstate the perms of @captin__obvious to the town and then create a proper eviction from that point if they chose to.
