Felon Username: dcccizComplaint: multiple times spamming+ abusing cap limit through pm, I told this user 2-3 times to stop, them being a $$$$ mayor I assumed they would know better and stop, instead I was msg'ed 2-3 more times in all capsEvidence: http://i.imgur.com/QGnt34D.png http://i.imgur.com/1hyexmR.png http://i.imgur.com/0UAjzXe.png http://i.imgur.com/wNFB1D4.png http://i.imgur.com/U9QEMkC.pngAdditional Information: I gave this user multiple warnings to stop, I assumed he would know better, but was being very immature at the time
Typing in Caps while in pm is allowed from my experiences: http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/user-complaint-forgottemsmurf.101953/#post-520569 Throughout the screenshots, you tell me to stop once, and after that, I ask for what reason I was being reported. From my experiences, as linked above, talking in pm in caps is ok. So, like anyone else, I was curious as to what I was being reported for. The last screenshot shows a message with information telling you that there is no cap filter on pm. This statement was also supported by staff in the dismissed complaint above. You can't say you gave me multiple warnings to stop. You told me once. Don't make it look like I ignored "multiple warnings", when in reality, I asked a question on what I was being reported for, and offered some useful information towards you. If the staff team would like any screenshots, I have screenshots of the whole conversation, and can upload them if needed.
As dccciz has stated, pm'ing in caps is not against the rules unless it's spamming. From what I can see in this evidence, there is no spamming. The only thing relatively close to spam is the punctuation in your first screenshot. However, he did stop after you asked him to. He was just responding to what you had to say. If you feel the need to, file another complaint with more evidence, or even use the "/ignore" command to avoid this from happening again. Complaint dismissed - No rules broken.
