Accused Username: David_TorentoComplaint: I performed a task for David, which was to fill in a 200x200 area with dirt (which I provided). He agreed to pay me $20,000 once the task was complete. He then logged offline, but left $20,000 in the hands of dgam02, so he could pay me once I was done. Dgam then paid back the $20,000 to David. And David has not been online / around to pay me back. I proceeded to message him on the forums asking about it, but he just read the message and never replied back. "A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe." - Clause 2Evidence: Additional Information: While I do not have screenshots directly of him agreeing to pay me $20,000, dgam02 can vouch for me, that he was supposed to pay me upon completion, but he has not.

I haven't been on since he has finished the job. When I get the opportunity to get on, I'll happily bust open a sign and pay him. However I don't often reply to something until I have the chance to fully respond, hence why I haven't replied to his pm. Please set up a sign where you placed the dirt so that I can pay when I am on again.
