Accused Username: Dark_moon_Complaint: He scammed me. He said he will give me 2k. I will give him 4k back. Then he said he gave me 2k. He didn't! Thank you for filing this complaint @SeabsZhu . I have looked over this complaint and have come to a conclusion that I cannot proceed with this Complaint. There is just not enough evidence provided here. If you can find more screenshots to back up your case, then feel free to file another complaint. As for this one, I'll be dismissing it.
