The 3 of us all had an agreement to keep the towns together due to the investment that we all put into them. @ctop_1013 could you please explain why they where removed? also @bobman3355 who is the original owner of the 2 towns?
I believe that you can just add a moderator to the forum pm? I've done it before and it was valid for me
Ctop is the original owner of waterblue. I will look for the original owner of rosered in a bit I'm currently traveling so I can't get on a computer.
when I asked Jamie via Skype ( not solid evidence ) he told me that forum pm contracts are not legal unless a mod is there. Since there was not other mod, I believe it isn't eligible.
Not sure why the evidence wouldn't work... It shows a clearly laid out term and then all 3 of us agreed to it. Not much different than an in game contract.
At the time we all thought it was a better idea to keep it a secret so people didn't buy land in our way of the farm while we were still expanding.

Please note you have broken your agreement by removing @bobman3355 and @swilling236 from Rosered and Waterblue. Now I have also noticed @ctop_1013 has been removed from the other towns. @swilling236's has explained the reason for @ctop_1013 being removed was to prevent ctop from removing them from the rest of the towns. You all have broken your agreements here. You all have formally agreed to your forum pm. As far as i'm concerned, and i have checked with the staff team, this is a bonding agreement. I want you all to add each other back to the towns listed in the agreement. If you wish to end your agreements please file a contract where you all agree to terminate the former agreement. I will give you all 72 hours to add each other back to the towns. If in 72 hours you guys are not added back to the towns, including adding ctop back to them, please refile the complaint. Complaint locked - All users in forum agreement are to add each other back to the owner list on /rg i within 72 hours to all towns in the agreement.
